Shipping: Orders over $300 (before tax) are sent free of freight charges. Orders under $300 (before tax) will be charged a flat rate of $25.00 for shipping. Claims: All damaged or missing orders must be written on the waybill from the courier when the order is signed for. The waybill is a legal document. All boxes must be counted upon acceptance. KidStar Nutrients cannot take responsibility for crediting items that have not been marked as missing or damaged at the time of acceptance. Returns: In order to process customer returns to your account, we will need the following: reason for the return, LOT #, expiry date, customer name and phone number. We will not accept returns on empty bottles. Short-Dated & Expired Products: We do not accept returns of short-dated or expired products. Adjustments: In the event of an error in billing or shipping, please notify KidStar. Notification of shipping errors must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods. If a notification of error is received after 48 hours, the customer will incur all shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied if a notification of error is received after 7 days.
