The KidStar Nutrients team is grateful to have a network of exceptional customers during these uncertain times. We are committed more than ever to communicate frequently and transparently.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to reassure you with the procedures and measures we are undertaking with regards to the COVID-19 situation.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.2.2&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;-9px|auto||auto||&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||3px|||&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.2.2&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.2.2&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>Health Officials Recommendations<\/h3>\n<p>We are following all recommendations from health officials to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cleaning and Hygiene<\/strong> \u2013 As always, we require employees to practice good hygiene, wash hands frequently and regularly clean hard surfaces they interact with<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-Essential Employees<\/strong> \u2013 We have arranged for our non-essential employees to work from home<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signs of Illness<\/strong> \u2013 Any employees who do not feel well or show any signs of illness are required to work from home<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social Distancing<\/strong> \u2013 We have capped our building capacity to no more than 10 people and require employees to maintain a distance of at least 1m apart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Are My Orders Affected?<\/h3>\n<p>No. Currently, our orders and shipping has not been affected. As the situation evolves, we will keep you updated if there are any changes.<\/p>\n<h3>Back Orders and New Products<\/h3>\n<p>Our team is continuing to work hard to get products in stock and make new products available to meet your needs.
