Caitlyn’s Perfect Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

Optional: berries, yogurt, whipped cream, or nut butter for serving

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mash ripe bananas.
  2. In that same bowl, beat the eggs and mix until combined with banana.
  3. Mix in your 1 scoop of All-in-One Protein in Chocolate or Vanilla.
  4. Heat pan at medium heat and melt butter. When pan is hot, use a small ladle or 1/4 cup measuring spoon to drop batter in pan.
  5. When pancakes start to form small bubbles in the middle, flip and cook for a few minutes on other side.
  6. Add any desired toppings and serve.

Tips:

  • For either Chocolate or Vanilla options, mini chocolate chips are always a good idea. Measure with your heart.
