Caitlyn’s Perfect Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop All-in-One Protein in Chocolate or Vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
Optional: berries, yogurt, whipped cream, or nut butter for serving
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mash ripe bananas.
- In that same bowl, beat the eggs and mix until combined with banana.
- Mix in your 1 scoop of All-in-One Protein in Chocolate or Vanilla.
- Heat pan at medium heat and melt butter. When pan is hot, use a small ladle or 1/4 cup measuring spoon to drop batter in pan.
- When pancakes start to form small bubbles in the middle, flip and cook for a few minutes on other side.
- Add any desired toppings and serve.
Tips:
- For either Chocolate or Vanilla options, mini chocolate chips are always a good idea. Measure with your heart.
