Within 30 Days of Purchase Date
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, KidStar® offer refunds within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds are limited to 1 open unit per product. Unopened products must be returned in new and good condition for refund. KidStar does not cover the cost of return shipping. My Product Arrived Damaged
Although we take the greatest care to pack your items, sometimes they can get damaged during transit. Please contact our Customer Service Desk or call toll-free 1-833-738-7741 during our business hours so we can assist you with a replacement.
The Seal is Broken or the Product Appears Defective
Please note that the seals on liquid products break when they are opened for the first time. Liquid products may also be affected by extreme temperature changes during transit.
