Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients:

    Optional Add-ins:

    • Dark chocolate chips
    • Hemp hearts
    • Chia seeds
    • Toasted nuts
    • Dried coconut
    • Cinnamon
    • Flaky sea salt
    • Dried berries

     

    Preparation:

    1. Combine nut or seed butter, All-in-One Protein, BeRegular (if using), oats, and sweetener of choice in a food processor. Pulse until well combined.
    2. Add in any additional optional ingredients and pulse again until just combined.
    3. Place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
    4. Take the bowl out of the fridge and use a tablespoon measuring spoon to scoop out the mixture.
    5. With clean hands, roll each scoop into a ball.
    6. Balls can then be rolled into additional toppings such as chopped nuts or dried coconut.
    7. Refrigerate in an air-tight container.
    8. Enjoy!
