Dear Valued Customer,
The health and safety of our customers, partners and employees are—and always will be—KidStar’s top priority. The KidStar Nutrients team is grateful to have a network of exceptional customers during these uncertain times. We are committed more than ever to communicate frequently and transparently.
We would like to reassure you with the procedures and measures we are undertaking with regards to the COVID-19 situation.
Health Officials Recommendations
We are following all recommendations from health officials to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID-19:
- Cleaning and Hygiene – As always, we require employees to practice good hygiene, wash hands frequently and regularly clean hard surfaces they interact with
- Non-Essential Employees – We have arranged for our non-essential employees to work from home
- Signs of Illness – Any employees who do not feel well or show any signs of illness are required to work from home
- Social Distancing – We have capped our building capacity to no more than 10 people and require employees to maintain a distance of at least 1m apart
Are My Orders Affected?
No. Currently, our orders and shipping has not been affected. As the situation evolves, we will keep you updated if there are any changes.
Back Orders and New Products
Our team is continuing to work hard to get products in stock and make new products available to meet your needs. We are not slowing down!
